At CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2023 — the largest construction trade show in North America with over 130,000 attendees — I led the full execution of our company’s presence from start to finish.
I managed a $50,000 budget and oversaw every detail: booth design, vendor coordination, branded giveaways, travel logistics, and lead generation strategy. Working cross-functionally with our Product and Finance teams, I ensured our messaging, demos, and promotional materials aligned perfectly with our brand and goals.
From pre-show marketing to post-show reporting, I was the driving force behind our event success — ultimately exceeding lead generation goals by 120% and delivering a high-impact presence that was both efficient and memorable.
