Catering Brochure Redesign (2018–2020)

At the Residence Inn and Courtyard by Marriott Phoenix Downtown, I took the lead in revamping the hotel's annual catering brochure, first in 2018–2019 and again for 2019–2020.

While I did not create the original 2017–2018 menu, I was responsible for transforming the content and design into a sleek, brand-aligned, guest-friendly experience.

The 2018–2019 version focused on reformatting outdated layouts, updating menu offerings, and modernizing the visuals. For the 2019–2020 brochure, I restructured the entire offering into a packaged catering format, moving from traditional banquet-style listings to individually priced boxed meals, bistro-style options, and themed enhancements. This pivot helped the property cater to evolving guest preferences and streamlined group sales processes.

I used Adobe InDesign to rebuild the layout from scratch and Photoshop for image optimization and menu styling. The brochures were distributed in both print and digital form and served as a key tool for the sales and events teams.
